We had a great stay here. The hotel is close to everything, in a pretty street and quiet location. The staff were all nice and very helpful, especially the concierge. The rooftop bar was very good and delicious cocktails. The bathroom was a little small, but that wasn't an issue for us.
The rooms were quiet and clean, and the balcony was nice to enjoy. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Excellent hotel located just off the beaten path which is always a plus. The room had a balcony and was spacious. The breakfast buffet was absolutely terrific and certainly helped to make this place a hidden gem. Walking to the terrific water front and all of the great restaurants was a breeze. I highly recommend this great value if you're in the area.

The only "disappointment" - as most of the hotels in this region - requires some renovation.
Really lovely hotel. All the furniture and interior is very modern. The breakfast was to a very high standard, all the items were in small packages E.g cheese, Nutella, honey and jam. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Room are also incredible. Very clean and modern. Rooms have a mini fridge and we had a lovely balcony. Highly recommend.
What a great hotel, our second visit. They have lovely helpful staff, front desk, chamber maids, bar tender and breakfast host/ server. You are made to feel welcome. It is in an excellent location , walking distance to all the action, train , buses and waterfront. An amazing breakfast with changing of some items every morning. The place yo stay when visiting Santa Margherita Cinque Terra.
We stayed here 2 nights during off season and they had some construction going on in the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. The best bartender (we enjoyed his delicious Gin & Tonic’s made with Portofino Gin). Fresh breakfast with everything we were looking for. Great location.
Beautiful and cozy. The receptionists are extremely friendly, making you feel like you are receiving hospitality from family. Additionally, the breakfast spread offers a great variety of options to choose from.
